Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Coastal Bear Plumbing & Drain ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us for plumbing services in San Diego County.
We collect information you choose to give us, including when you fill out our request form, call, or text us:
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect more than we need to respond to your request and perform the work.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to your service request — including appointment scheduling and reminders, dispatch and arrival updates, quotes, and follow-ups.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only share information with the service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging platform), and only to the extent needed to deliver our services to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who perform work on our behalf (such as scheduling, communications, or payment tools) under obligations of confidentiality, or when required by law.
Our website uses minimal cookies needed for it to function and may use basic analytics to understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
You can opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we update or delete it, contact us using the details below.
Our services and website are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
